Description:

The Eedgan Construction Company is pleased to present the fourth home in our series: Sims In The City. This modern home features living on three levels. The ground floor features a cosy living room, study, kitchen and dining room. This level also houses a bathroom and two bedrooms (well suited for children).

The top floor features the master suite. The main bedroom has its own en suite with walk in closet, private lounge and rooftop entertainment/relaxation area with hot tub.

The basement has its own entrance and contains three rooms including a bathroom. It is suitable for a home business or can be utilised as additional living space. In the show house the basement area has been converted into a private music school.

This home is suitable for 4-5 Sims. It is fully furnished and includes landscaping and a carport for one car.
