Welcome to Simtorini Shopping & Conference Centre. The design was based on the stunning Simgreek Island of Simtorini. With its stunning white stucco walls, blue doors and shutters, it is indeed an eye catching tourist mecca. The Centre features a family restaurant, pavement-side bar, rooftop coffee shop, florist, clothing store, gaming arcade, cyber-cafe as well as a conference hall which can also host private functions... as you can see - we will be hosting a small wedding later today...









This lot was originaly my entry in The Architect contest hosted at S2C. (The original lot can be viewed here - this lot is almost identical but has been stripped of all the non-distributable custom content and altered slightly for better playability. Some content could not be packaged (dunno why) and is included in the second .rar file attached.

Requires: University, Nightlife, OFB, Pets, Seasons & BV. Has been scanned with Clean Installer is play-tested and hack free.

Please note that if you may require Numenors Recolourable Wooden Modular Stairs installed for the steps to show properly.

Installation instructions:

As with most of my coastal homes, for the ocean flooded lot effect, the lot must be placed directly along the coastline. The best neighbourhoods for this is by Patul, this lot was created in Patul's Laray neighbourhood. If the basement is flooded after placement, move to higher ground. This lot can also be placed inland - simply use terrain paints to fake the sea.
