This home was inspired by Leura by Clarendon Homes in Australia (see picture attached). Thanks to Hexemeter's underground garage tutorial to help make this happen(http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=99315). There is more room for expansion especially underground (just remove foundation and add tiles upstairs).
