This is a nice size home for Sims just starting out. This is my own design and everything I have included goes as follows. I've added a 2 car garage with separate entrance to the bathroom and Master bedroom. Through the Front entrance I've added double doors leading to a big living area nice size kitchen with appliances included the kitchen has an extra storage area for knick knack shelves and custom content. Next to the front door is extra storage for a washer and dryer or what you want to pick. The Great feature about this home is the Pool Area. The pool is big enough for a Sim party or social gathering. connecting to the front room is a door to a locker area and entrance from the pool area where it leads to a few showers, sitting areas and Lockers.
Soon to come will be many styles of homes as "these are beginners"
I currently have many designs and projects laid out and in the making. I will submit a few completely decorated homes. Most of the homes will be unfurnished if you request a decorated home please let me know.
