This is 2 story Semi Luxury home.The Interier inside is from the Sims new Glamour.

The first story contains 3 bedrooms, 1 has a private bathroom.On the other side of the home
there are two bedrooms that share 1 luxury bathroom.

There is a Spiral Staircase next to two double doors that lead into the kitchen dining room of which the tile helps mark it and the carpet area is a small living area with patio.

Upstairs is a walk in closet connected to two bathrooms in the center is two double doors that have a Bedroom and lounge area.

I created this floor plan on my own and hope you enjoy I give credit to the maker of the spiral staircase.
