This is two semi-detached house with a garage. I've build in the typical dutch style and the house is layed out almost as the home i grew up in.
Each house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A nice backgarden with entertaining space and a nice landscaped frontlawn. All for 164.209 simoleans.
No custom content is used. You need University and NightLife for this.
