Just the underground garage was requested by lizzy3994494 at this thread http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?p=1368316. Hopefully this is what was requested. There is no custom content and was scanned with clean pack installer. This is just a template so therefore, feel free to change the lot into whatever you want. The lot costs $10,410.
