Downtown Back Alley

This is a lot that represents the seedier side of simcity. With a pawn shop, bar, and even a homeless man sleeping in the gutter. Sims beware of this alley for it will cause your environment score to go down (or up).

This place is purposely made to look like a dump, hopefully you will enjoy playing it because I sure had fun building it...The upstairs of the pawn shop and the bar are meant to be places for the "bosses", however the one above the bar is still under construction. The bar is fully stocked and so is the pawn shop with goods that even the "owners" don't know where they came from.
