Dream House 29067

Hello there, this house was requested by smartguy14 at this post http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=183363. The house was built on a 3x3 lot and is residential. The house costs $292,806. I changed the original floor plans (http://www.dreamhomesource.com/Plan...RecordN=102)due to doors conflicting with other doors and some space issues. Sorry to all that the sideways garage has a backwards door because the plans for the lot are facing the wrong direction. Sorry for any problems caused by this.

This house includes 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2 of which are acsessable through a bedroom and from the hallway), three walk-in closets and, a study area that I added into the bonus space area. The house looks pretty bland on the outside, but it's pretty nice on the inside.
