Okay, weighing in at 277,819 simoleans, on a 5x6 lot, is this requested house, the all expansions version. The base game version will be following shortly, and I'll just add it here.
This lot primarily features custom content by me. There are quite a few recolours, as well as a new mesh for a semi-circular window to go over doors and a new wall. Other custom content includes the following ( and if I miss anything, or have anything included I shouldn't, please let me know. I don't normally use this much, and I tried to be careful, but I'm not perfect ).
You will also get the following wonderful objects:
roddyaleixo's invisible driveway found here: http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=90875
Mary Lou and Numenor's modular round flowerbeds and additions found here: http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=158602
and here: http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=163717
nikkibailey's hot water heater, found here: http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=61994
CTNutmegger's version of the Maxis medieval bed in double found here: http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=166025
and single found here: http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=166192
Also, the dustruffle, found here: http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=121240
JPaugh78's washer and dryer, found here: http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=84796
Numenor's illumination multishelf found here: http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=141320
pfish's invisible wallfountain, found here: http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=172000
Windkeeper's Lafentre windows, found here: http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=101336
Numenor's unlocked trees (Maxis trees ), found here: http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=152290
Also, from offsite:
The Peace Lily from XMSims: http://www.xmsims.com/sims2/ehtm/ob...r/outdoor07.htm
And the Roses from Bienchen: www.bienchens-sims2world.de.vu
Please note, this house does require all expansions as well as Family Fun Stuff. I will be redoing it with no expansions as well, as my wrist permits.
I'd like to thank all the people who made all the wonderful stuff that made this possible, as well as helping me with the window mesh. Also, a special thanks to X Jules who requested this house here: http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=179745
I'm not sure I've done it justice, but I do think it came out reasonably well, all things considered. I hope you like it, and that it is what you wanted.
---- I am a complete ditz. Inside, there is a blue phone with a base grey headset. To make it match, go and use the style thing. The only way I could have changed it was to have a sim move in and go through flips to get them out.

- You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.
