This is my house, well not an exact replica, but pretty close. I know there are lots of trees in this lot, but I'm surround by them at home. lol This two story house is fully loaded and comes on a 5x5 lot. The cost in the game to purchase the home is 205,023. On the bottom level is a formal living room, dining room, kitchen with breakfast nook, Florida room, Master bedroom with bath, half bath, and a library room. On the top floor is 2 bedrooms (one with single bed, other with 2 singles), informal living room, exercise/play room, full bathroom, and computer/study area.

This house was made using all Maxis items, no cc. No expansions are needed in order to use this house and its contents.
