Bottom floor: kitchen; dining room; large living room; full bathroom; 1/2 bath; music room; bedroom with double bed; playpen area (took out foundation area in middle of living room and added paint to walls and carpet) can be used to made into a baby's room or just a sitting area if you want.
Top floor: study; living room; playroom; 2 full baths; 2 bedrooms, both with double beds
Lawn: gazebo; pool; tons of trees; small pond
Lot size: 5x5
Cost: 237,868
As with all my houses, no expansions needed and no cc added. Enjoy!!!
