Ok, so I made this dress a long time ago. I think she wore this one the 1st or 2nd week but I've just found it and decided to upload. During most of the season of 'So You Think You Can Dance' my family and I had just as much fun making fun of the dresses Cat wore as we did watching the dancing. (If that offends you, or you loved her clothing, I apologize. It's just an opinion.) I thought the dress similar to this one was pretty so I'd try making it for my sims.
