This one is especially for alien sims,and as you can see it goes really well with Enayla's alien skintone.To enchance the appearance I suggest using the stretchskeleton-cheat to make your sims taller,it'll give a cool look to them ;D

The upper part of the robe is from jedi academy(it's a selectabe upper robe for the kel dor male PC),but I modified it here and there.I think it must be some kind of a stretchy fabric, slightly shiny,too and has a loose striped collar.The skirt is separated from the top by a round metal belt adorned with o-rings and silver beads.The collar also has a round metal decoration.

The mesh for the robe comes with the mauve teagown under the link.
