This time it I have a true starter house called 5 Coast Lane. It started as a maxis in-game pkg but I ended up just rebuilding. Theoretically, for under 20,000 simoleons (like 8 under 20,000!) Sims can actually move in and function. I am bad for always making rich sims, so I am going to play a family in this place as soon as I get this submitted

Description:

This is a starter home. One level, 2 bedrooms, one bath; it's on a 3x2 lot, and sells for 19,992 simoleons. It is sparsely furnished with everything your sim has to have (like a bed, a bathroom, a garbage can, a fridge and stove, table and chairs) so your brand new sims can just move on in.

All objects are Maxi's; the windows and doors are from University and Nightlife so you will need these installed.

This has been scanned with Sims2 Clean Installer and contains no hacks, no custom objects, and no recolors. Maxi's all the way!
