Since I am building a new neighborhood, I guess I am on a building spree - sooo here is another house....Hope you guys like it.

Title: 22 Abbey Drive

Description: This is a medium sized single family home. It is 2 stories plus a basement and a basement garage. It features 3 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms (including ensuite) (because YES Sims can never have too many bathrooms!), a nursery, a small office, a workout room and rec room, as well as kitchen, dinette, dining room, and sunken living room!

Furnished: There are some indoor lights and counters but otherwise, no

Played/tested: Tested to make sure the garage works >.> It does, but the animation is a bit ...interesting! Tested to see how Jonesi's stair objects looked and it looks AWESOME!

Games installed: I have all the EP's, but none of the "stuff packs". I did use flowerbed rails from Pets, and floors/roof from OFB, and of course driveways are Nightlife, so you should have these also in order to use this lot.

Notes:
-There is an awful lot of landscaping in the way of flowers on the lot. I suspect your gardener might have a fit, but then they have fits over everything (at least in my game!).
