"La Bitta" hotel and restaurant

Hi!!! I'm so emotioned becouse this is my first upload!!!
I have been inspired by a beautiful hotel over the sea situated in the beautiful Sardinia, in Italy. The hotel is perfect for a relaxing holiday or a honeymoon, becouse the furnishing is elegant and the staff will cuddle your sims in their summer evenings with delicious food and sweet music.

The hotel is 5x3 size and it is composed by:

grund floor : 2 bars, restaurant, swimming pool and toilet
first flloor : 3 rooms in front of the sea with toilet
second flloor : 1 suite with private hot tub

The lot is partially furnished with no custom content

For a more realistic effect the lot should be placed in Bluewater in the position showed in the screnshot below
