Nice park where your sims can get in a spa/hot tub, swim along a lazy river, jump from a high diving board, have lunch, combined shower and toilets and sunbathe all day long. Did I mention a slide, there is even a slide. When sims finished at park there is a small clothes shop.
Lot Size = 6x6
