Hi

2 Dorms for your young adults to enjoy, one 4 story and one 5 story.
Both same layout except top 2 floors.

Reason for 2, is that wanted to make a set of 2 which was similar but with different levels.

Pleasentview College Dorm has 4 floors, 17 dorm rooms which are on floors two and three, outdoor kitchen, swimming pool, games room, gym, library, music room, computer room and study room.

Pleasentview University Dorm has 5 floors, 29 dorm rooms which are on floors two, three and four, outdoor kitchen, swimming pool, games room, gym, library, music room, computer room, study room and electronic games room.
