This is my first upload. I've downloaded alot from others so I thought that I try and give back. I'm still somewhat learning about the meshing but I thought houses would be easier.

This house is unfurnished except for basic kitchen and bathroom needs. I used no custom content, just basic default items. I'm not sure which expansion packs are need because I have them all (University, Nightlife, Open For Business, and Family Fun Stuff). I tried the best I can to follow the Guide Lines, and pretty sure all is ok. I used the Clean Installer to package the house and WinRAR to compress. Let me know if there's any problems and what you think of the house.

This home's foyer is flanked by a quiet study and a formal dining room. Straight ahead, the spacious Great Room displays walls of windows overlooking the covered patio. The large kitchen boasts plenty of counter space and a handy pantry. The Master Suite includes two walk-in-closets and a private bath featuring double sinks. On the other side of the home, three more bedrooms enjoy the privacy of their own wing, which include a full bath.
