Titans Tower from the 3rd comic series (starting 2003) located in San Francisco. My first upload. Hope you like it.

I took a few obvious liberties, mainly reducing the (apparent) number of floors and simplifying the design a little. Eight floors is already enough on the edge that I didn't want to push it any further. I've played a few days and haven't had any problems, but it is a lot of floors, so keep that in mind depending on the capabilities of your system.

It is partially furnished. I added mainly bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen/dining, and some minimal lighting and decoration. The floor plan screen shots should give you a reasonable idea.

For occupants, you might want to try SynapticSim's Teen Titans and
Donna Troy by Cigrus Troy, as well as many others.
