Hello everyone! I tried doing something new this time: a house on a hillside, with the garage on one floor and the main house on the other. This house is by far the smallest and cheapest of my trio (on a 2x3 lot and about $73,000) and is fully furnished. Sorry, but it requires University and Nightlife in order to work properly.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND INSTALLING THIS CUSTOM CONTENT TO COMPLETE THE LOOK OF THE HOUSE. If it's not installed, it should still work fine, but you may have some unusual-looking curtains on the exterior of the house .
I used these excellent placeable wooden shutters from JWoods. You can download them here. Although, the house should look okay if you wish not to install them.

The House




This house is not luxurious. Instead, I tried to make it sensible and efficent, while not seeming, well, poor. The first floor 9 rooms, including:
  • a living area connected to the foyer
  • a kitchen/breakfast area and formal dining room
  • 2.5 bathrooms
  • 1 master bedroom (doublebed) with master bathroom
  • 2 bedrooms (single bed) with full bathroom

There's also a garage below.


To sum up, the house is:
split level; $73,000; small, on a 2x3 lot; for a family of 2 or 3
