Appears to be one story - but has a loft overlooking downstairs

I got tired of all the lag that custom content causes, so I have been playing in a game with no downloads folder. I have noticed a few others posting homes with Maxi only items, so I thought I'd see how much interest (if any) exists.

This house has an upstairs loft that overlooks all the rooms downstairs and is supported by the hallway, kitchen, and bath room walls.

I have all EPs and GL, so you must have at least NL for this to download.

The house, fully loaded, costs just over 127,000.

I included a shot of the entry way with glamour life mirror, painting, and lamp.
I included the chess pic just to show how the 3 windows look from the inside.
The bath shot is to show what you would see looking down from the loft. (The toilet and tub are under the loft floor so privacy is preserved.)

The dishwasher and trashcompactor should be swapped for better effeciency; so that someone can wash a dish if another is loading the dishwasher.)

I put potted plants around the outside because I don't like to spend all day watering and trimming - so there is just one area to water and just a couple bushes to trim. If you have the artificial flowers, you'll find some nice spots for them around the house and pool.
