I designed this house with those wealthy sims without children or just one child.
This One story house has a large kitchen with a dining room across the hall. A nice living room with plenty of space for comfort while watching TV, along with a study. There is 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bath. One bedroom is the master suite with the attached bathroom that has a private toilet room, and the main bath area is elevated.
The 3 car garage offers, plenty of room for your wealthy sims car collection.
I have included Unfurnished for 43,288 and furnished for 118,007.
Only 3 items are custom.
