Flo's Florist Boutique

Buon pomeriggio!!

Me again! Just completing the uploads of what I managed to do over my holidays. I present to you a quaint little cottage styled florist shop. This is Flo's Florist Boutique, named for a dear little old lady who lives at the retirement village in which I work. It is my first community upload and I think it's absolutely adorable so I thought I'd share it with you all.

So here it is - the lot:

I play this lot with my character Flo, who is true to form, a little old lady, whose husband unfortunately has passed away. She run's the store herself, with the aid of two teenagers, Sarah and Josh. Alternately one of my friends plays it with a young very attractive lady, who is the epitome of grace and fragility - a sort of Eliza Doolittle from My Fair Lady. But you of course can run it as you like. It looks stunning in photos and is always a pleasant sight when it pops in in the distance from whatever lot you may be playing.


To business - it is a community lot! As always, it is a fully furnished lot, featuring:
- Adequate display areas
- Bathroom for public use
- Two soil runs for display of trees for sale
- Two floristry work stations
- Break area

To heighten the use of this lot, I would recommend the following hacks:

The "Animated Window Hack" by Atavera

This enables you to open and close your windows. They make the shop seem much more airy and just lifts the atmosphere. It's a wonderful hack and really opens the store for you.

This is great. You can seriously put it anywhere!! Wonderful! I like it as a stand outside the store. Makes it seem more professional.
