Royal Prince Alfred Hospital

Bonsoir everybody!

Wow, am I ever apprehensive about doing this. I've been a long time user, now first time contributor so please... I understand you have to be cruel to be kind, but me feelings have feelings too.

I've long since felt that an important element missing from the Sims is local infrastructure and so for my own amusement I have started creating some for my little Simmies. This is the first I'm quite chuffed about. It is the Royal Prince Alfred Hospital - named for Batman's butler, of course. It does feature some custom content I have accumulated over the years so if you are a contributing artist and do come across this, please notify me if you want your wonderful packages removed. I have tried to adhere to the general etiquette and have provided artist details and when to find these great recolours and/or meshes.

On to the main event - This hospital is a residential lot. I tried building it as a community lot only to find that alot of the related custom content only showed up in residential lots. I tried the cheat, and it doesn't work out very well for me, so unless you can you will just have to bear it with us all. Of course I will update once this particular obstacle has been overcome, shortly hopefully. The lot also includes some suitable Career Reward apparatus.

Install Instructions

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).

• You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.
