I modified the appearence of the library because I did have the floorplans (my browser was giving me a message of error) and I tried to make the library more nice. The library is a 5x6 community lot, has aproximatly 6 floors, needs Uni and Nightlife, hack free and has lots of custom content. Cheats used: boolprop constrainfloorelevation, snapobjectstogrid, move objects and set highestallowed level.
