Memorial library is perfect for if you have a custom college campus, or you want another library with some different features. Memorial library has tables for your sim to do his or her assignments, a small café with a microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker, a small kiosk that sells magazines, and multiple computers and bookcases. If you need a different place for your sim to study this is a good place to send them. You can also use it for a base neighborhood, but for the most part it would be unneeded.
