A Community library lot with an espresso bar and magazine store. Requires University

Features a little double stair well, lots of stacks, two upstairs bathrooms, two side lounges, a computer lab as well as outdoor chess and a telescope.

Meant to be a study location for the college neighborhood I'm slowly creating.

No custom content/hacks; all content is maxis only (some from original and some from university).

It's been a fun lot to play and the espresso bar seems to attract a lot of the townies/students, so it's helped my popularity student sims meet a lot of people. There used to be some trees on the lot, but I found they got in the way visually so the were removed. If desired, I can make a version with landscaping again though.
