Defy Gravity with the Wicked Witch of the West, otherwise known as the humble and awkward Elphaba Thropp! Dress is a maxis recolor, skin, dress, and eyes by me. Hat is by Lord Dragonstone, and the hair is from XM Sims.

I couldn't find the mesh for the one i used, so this one will work as an alternative.
