The “Tin Man” or “Tin woodsman” was once a man of flesh and blood known as Nick Chopper. However, his love for with the beautiful Munchkin girl, Nimmie Amee proved to be his downfall. To prevent the two from ever being together The Wicked Witch of the East enchanted his axe, causing it to ‘slip’ chopping off his limbs. Each time the axe severed a limb Nick would simply go to the Tin-smith and have him fit a mettle substitute in its place. However, after several times of repeating this process, Nick found himself completely made of tin, and therefore no longer had a heart to love Nimmie with. Beaten by the witch, Nick embraced his new life as the Tin Woodsman, and worked constantly until one day it began to rain, and…

This is my version of The Tin Man, fashioned mostly after Jack Haley as he portrayed the character in the classic “Wizard of Oz” film. I say mostly because in the film, he wore prosthetics on his face altering his nose and jaw line amongst other things. Therefore, this is not made to resemble him as much as it is the character.
You do not need any kind of mesh for this sim to display correctly. The hat as well as the outfit use base-game meshes. However, he is packaged with maxis skin. He will still look exactly like the pictures, but he won’t be shiny. To make him reflective all over, you have to download the SimDroid V6.5(Metalic) Skin by Bink13y found here.

Also, I wanted to specially thank sherahbim for allowing me to hack up her amazingly beautiful and detailed steampunk robot set skin when making the costume for the Tin Man.
