The Mother In Law Apartment version 2

This lot is my very first upload. I love to build and have quite a few more Im thinking about uploading but would love some opinions from you guys. This house in on the huge 5x6 lot and costs 86,386. Its completely landscaped, with walls and floors done but no furnishings. If I get good feedback, maybe next time I will upload a furnished one. This house has the following:

Basement:
For that pesky mother in law! Completely finished with living room, kitchen, study, bathroom, two bedrooms, one decorated for the kids, and a laundry room that has access to it from the upstairs so the family can do laundry without having to bother each other!

Main floor: Outside:
One car garage, pool with lots of space for a party, deck for grilling.

Inside: entry way, hall that runs the entire length of the house, living room, kitchen with entry way and stairs to laundry room, bathroom, and three bedrooms (one decorated as a nursery). The rooms are spacious with plenty of room for decorating.
