This one bedroom house is on a 2x3 lot and cost 113,701 simoleons. It features 1.5 bathrooms, a sunken livingroom, a raised office, a large loft bedroom, a small pool area, and a good sized patio and balcany.

Furnished and decorated with Maxis items (it takes me less time to remove all the custom items and redecorate w/ the maxis stuff than it would to list all the custom items)

The following architectual elements are included:
the fence post lamp from The Shark Screen System and the Architectual Design Set both by Moon_Ez
and the Invisible Driveway by roddyaleixo

The couch in the sunken living room was done with the "boolProp snapObjectsToGrid false" and "move_objects on" cheat codes.

You will need the First 3 EPs and Family Fun for this lot (No family fun stuff, but from what I've read, houses made with family fun installed, need family fun to load.)
