After a long break from the sims for school I want to upload some houses for the sim community. I had lots of inspiration to work with after seeing some modern desert homes and wanted to see if I could make homes that complement the desert island style of living.
This is the first of a set of homes that will differ in size and layout but still have the same color scheme and style. This house is not large in its layout but has a very large swimming pool and an open plan giving it a large feel. The garage is on the street level and sits out of the way of the house. The first floor is open to let the owner put the kichen and livingroom. I decided not to put a firstfloor bathroom in so that the owner could put it in with the kitchen. The second level is pretty simple with two bedrooms with their own bathrooms.
