This is the first of a new series of modern homes with a southwestern and modern mix. This home is very diffrent from the rest in being that it is much larger then the others and doesnt play off the outdoors as much.
This is a 4+ bedroom, 4 bathroom home with a large backyard and a sitting area away from the bright rays of the sun. This home has an open downstairs with a room cornered off for an office or library. The second floor has three bedroom sized rooms a bathroom and an area large enough for a den or living room. The third floor has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. This house has two large balconies and a one car garage. There is a pool and inground hot-tub already on the lot.
