Prairie Style Beauty

This is my first upload. I've been here browsing and downloading for a while and thought it was time I gave something back. I don't yet know how to create mods, but I like making houses, so here it is, I hope you enjoy it. This was my first attempt at using false floors for modular stairing, thanks to MikeInside's "Using Dummy Levels for Stairs tutorial" (which can be found here: http://mikeinside.modthesims2.com/b...airs/index.html ) for showing me how it's done. The lot was made with University. I don't know how compatability works, so using it with other EPs or with just the base game would be at your own risk.

4 bedrooms (Including a master bedroom with linking bathroom)
3.5 bathrooms (including the Master bathroom)
Kitchen with linking dinning room
Great room (family room)
Office (den)
2 seperate staircases for more efficient sim travel
2 floors (4 including 2 false floors)
Balcony

House is built on a 5x3 lot and the price is just over 115,000 simoleons.

The lot has been run through Clean Installer and so should be clear of any hacks, custom content, or otherwise nasty things.

The one custom I would suggest getting is Marmy's Built-in closet to replace the dresser that is currently along the walk-way between the master bedroom and master bathroom. It's not necessary, but the cubby the dresser is in was designed for the closet and looks mch better with the closet than with the dresser.
