Grand award winner

Hello, this is only my second upload here and I hope you like. The house is modeled after a real house, which as the title suggests was the recipient of an architecture award, and with all the trouble I went through in building it hopefully my interpretation will prove worthy of it's title.

It's a rather large house filling out the majority of it's 3x5 lot and costs as is (partially furnished) 184,172 simoleons... though it was built and furnished with all Maxis originals so I'm sure you'll want to redecorate with all your favorite customs. Although it's a large house it's layed-out in a way that should make getting your sims where they need to be convenient and manageable.

It has been run through Clean Installer and so should be hack free. Contains no mods, but was made with University and so requires that to work.

Upstairs;
3 bedrooms
2 bathrooms
1 bonus room
balcony area overlooking the family room below

Downstairs;
Master bedroom
Master bathroom
half-bathroom
Kitchen (with a seperate room for you trash compactor, dishwasher... whatever other kitchen related items you might want to hide)
Dining area
Sitting room
Family room
Office (raised to be enter-able from a landing on the main staircase)
Gym (complete with a hot-tub and 2 person shower room to raise those needs after a hard work-out)
Raised foyer overlooking the dining area

Outside;
Partially covered "J" shaped deck
Garden path (wrapped around a garden/pond setting)
Summer kitchen (consists of a stove, mini-fridge, and prep-surface... with a sink nearby)

Has 2 staircases, in my opinion a necessity for getting around in a large house.
