"Victorian-ish" Home

This is a Victorian inspired lot that I made for personal use, and decided to share with everyone here.

Stats:

Cost: $108,428
Lot Size: Large (5x4)
Unfurnished
3 Bedrooms
3 1/2 Bathrooms
Basement
Garage
Shed (perfect for OFB crafting tables!)
Pond
Hot Tub "Patio"




Expansions and Stuff Packs used: Uni, NL, OFB, FFS, Pets

Without these packs, you may find that the lot won't work, or will show up as costing negative simoleons! I do not recommend downloading this lot without these packs installed!

I've included screenshots from my personal version of this home, to show how it was furnished before I deleted everything. I could not furnish this home and pack it up because I have a TON of custom content, some of whose creators have disappeared, and also beacause that would be way more links than a person needs. Most of the objects shown in my "Decorating Ideas" pictures have come from MTS2, and I believe most if not all of the walls and floors did as well. I have since redone the inside floors, leaving just your basic maxis floors and walls, and I believe one of mine in there as well, from the Dahlen Collection.



However, unfurnished aside, you will need the following custom content to get that certain look!

TS1 Wall Coverings - KHLVH (The ones you want are most likely in Paneling and Siding, but I can't say for sure)

Also, you may need mike19's kerbstone driveways. This recolor of the driveway did not show up in the package file (using clean installer) for some reason, but I did use it (the black one).

If anyone finds their custom content in this lot that I did not link to, please let me know! I used Clean Installer as a "Checklist" to find what I used, but when I realized the driveway didn't show up, I figured that might be an issue.
