Requires the University and Nightlife Expansion Packs.
--You must have these EPs installed, because the lot is packaged with Maxis items and build mode methods from both EPs. If you just want the bookshelf wallpaper, it is available for download separately!

Along with Maxis items/decor, this lot has been packaged with custom walls and floors, known as the "Dahlen Collection".

What is available at this lot:

-Toilets/Sinks (to refresh your sim)
-Magazine Rack (Buy Magazines)
-Computers (All normal computer functions)
-Bookshelves (All normal bookshelf functions)
-Coffee (served by Barista)
-Food Freezer (To buy food for refridgerator)
-Game Rack (Buy more games)
-Clothing Rack (Buy more clothes)

There are -NO- hacks with this lot. The in-set bookshelves are wallpaper textures. Your sim cannot click on this wallpaper and use it as a normal bookshelf.

Do not modify or redistribute this lot or any custom files within the lot file without express permission from me .

If your lot uses the custom walls and floors included, please use the Clean Installer or similar programs to disable this content in the package, and link to my download. You do not need to e-mail me to link (not hotlink!) to my files, but it would be nice to know who uses them! =)

Please excuse the dark shading in the exterior screenshot. This is a result of Maxis' lovely lighting, and thinking that the pillars are indoors (Due to "fencing"). The entire exterior uses the same wallpaper.
