Earlier, having pointed out a few details in someone else's version of the Scavo House, someone challenged me to do better. So here it is, the Scavo House from Wisteria Lane. It comes in at $53,802 and is lightly furnished. It features two bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, open plan living area and a vacant room downstairs and all on a 3x3 lot. I based the decor on the actual set from DH, but I didn't completely copy it, I simply mimicked it which is why it is lightly furnished to give you flexibility.
