Nightlife "Contemporary House - Using Maxis Collection

This is the third installment of my houses using the pre-made Maxis design collections. This house on a 2x4 lot was quite hard to do because much of the content was commercial-based. I used the "restaurant style" items and room dressings, so all rich, dark colours and contemporary furniture. The whole ground floor is open plan (except for the separate garage), while the upstairs features a master bedroom with ensuite, a spare guest/games room (with poker table) and a "spa room" - it's kind of hard to describe. The house is not cheap at 110,136 simoleans, but I have left plenty of room for you to expand the building at the back and put in the bowling alley you've always wanted! Since there are a few styles in Nightlife, I will be doing a separate house combining the diner style set with the Atomic collection from Pets to give a 1950s, retro-style home!
