To start off with, here is a 2x4 lot for around 55,000 simoleans. It's built in what would be called "Craftsman" or "Bungalow" style, but mainly uses the pre-made "Club" and "Mission" collections. It comes lightly furnished, with an open-plan living (dining and kitchen!) area, one bathroom, master bedroom and a spare room, which could be a second bedroom. It also has a garage attached, with an interior entrance to the house. It isn't terribly large, but has plenty of opportunity for expansion!
