I created this house a long time ago as a request from someone who wanted a base game version of my Buttercup Victorian in Pink. This home has three bedrooms, two baths, swimming pool, drive way (which is the correct size so if you have NL, you can add the drive way), formal dining and living area on a 5x3 lot for $191,753.

**NOTE:** This home does require the Holiday Fun Pack, if you do not have the Holiday fun pack, you will not be able to use this lot.
