Hello Everyone....

This is my first upload here at MTS2, or anywhere...Hope I followed all the rules correctly...Anyway, I just sent one of my sims to the University and was a little disappointed in the dorms, so I built my own and thought I would share...
There are 14 rooms (2 on the first floor, 4 rooms on each of the following floors, 4 floors total). I have all the expansion packs and stuff packs so they may all be required...
Everything seems to work correctly (the cook comes, etc)...

The only cc that is included is the beautiful Victorian Porch set (fence and railing), which you can find at holy simoly.
