It's contemporary part of my Alpine Sims University.
This lot contains a dining room, shower-bath rooms and a hall on a ground floor, a small room for studies on the second floor and 7 rooms for 2 persons everyone on 2 and 3 floors.
Probably, to live here it is crowded a little, but it is cheerful.
Lot is freq. furnished with maxis stuff. Wall by JLonier is included in lot.
