Details
At the Sable Palms Dormitory, your Sim will experience a close-knit relationships with his or her neighbors in this private dorm. There are three apartments, two two-bedrooms and a private one bedroom in the middle. Each dorm comes furnished with a den and bathrooms. There are also studying areas in each of the dorms for your Sims to get together and cram for those exams! Behind the dormitory is a private pool with spa for your Sims to get together and relax. There is also a dining hall with enough space for your Sims plus a few guests to throw a grandous party!
Remember this is a dorm, not a residential lot! This has been played with a college student and works wonderfully!
