Mountainview Dorm

Basic Description:

This lot has enough dorm rooms for 8 sims. All the dorm rooms come with a full-sized bed, a desk, a computer, a dresser and a few decorations.

On the first floor is the kitchen and 6 dorm rooms that are connected to the main building by an enclosed walkway. On the second floor are 2 more dorm rooms, a library and the recreation room. The dorm itself has a total of 5 bathrooms.

The second floor also contains 2 rooftop decks. One has a buffet, bar, tables, chairs and the thing to drink punch out of. The second deck has a hot tub, a pool table, a jukebox and a lounging chair.

There are also driveways for 4 cars and, in back of the dorm, are two outdoor quads/squares for your sims. One of them has the bubble machines and the other one has all the band instruments, two easels and a telescope.

Custom Content:

The glass used in the enclosed walkways and the doors that connect the main building to the dorms were made by Numenor. They're part of his Wall Window Set which can be found here.

Some of the walls and floors were made by me.

No hacks or cheats were used to create this dorm, and the objects (besides Numenor's windows and door) were made by Maxis. I had left an empty spot on the desk in case you'd like to put your sim's thinking cap on it or some other decoration.

This dorm is on a 5x4 lot so if you have a slow system, this dorm might not be for you. You need both University and Nightlife to be able to play this in your game.
