Olive Grove - Modern House

Well, I bring you what I think is a nice house =D Okay, so this house doesn't produce olives, and doesn't look Mediterranean, but it's the first and last name in my head. (The only name in my head..)

It did start off as a small house for those players who's games are slow like mine, but I ended up with this. It has two floors (well, one and a half..) and isn't furnished. It actually has about 4 floors including the roof, but two to live on.

It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. both the bathrooms are quite small so you could make a bedroom smaller and a bathroom bigger. You could also turn a bedroom into a study, fun room, work room, mum's craft room etc..

It's on a small 2 x 2 lot, so does not have room for a garden, as shown in the lot size picture. A modern hosue for someone who's always at work. It has a double drive, and the lot costs $27,990.

I have included all eps because I play with them and I do not know which items go with which ep, though I have kept the stuff packs out. (I hope, let me know if there's stuff pack content and I'll redo it.)

Have fun decorating her! The layouts I've given are guides, you can chop and change and add more walls, but I personally like the open plan look.

Oh! I nearly forgot. There's no custom content. ^_^
