This is a Victorian Style Quaplex. Built on a 5x3 Lot and costs $484,039 for your sims to move into. Can be changed to dorm with changeLotZoning dorm cheat.
It has Four separate living spaces all with
2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms
Full Kitchen
Living room
one car garage
A room dedicated to skilling. There is a small patio in the back of each for bbq and some friends. You will need Glamour Life Stuff and Family Fun Stuff as well.
