This is one of a few lots I created for my site but due to family issues I had to close it. I wanted to share these on MTS2 because I have read several threads of downloaders asking for lots that don't require OFB or Stuff Packs so when I had to uninstall my game last time While I was reinstalling the game I decided to stop at Nightlife and create some lots for those downloaders to use. Hope you will enjoy this lot.
This is an amazing Apartment building that I created.


It comes fully furnished and decorated. Each Apartment has a front balcony, its own small yard out back, 2br and 1ba. I have actually played this lot with different families it is a challenge but lots of fun. Looks amazing in game. I tried to use as little custom content as possible. Feedback is aways a plus.
